A note on a conjecture on clutters

We prove some partial results on a conjecture of Kir\'aly on minimally nonideal clutters. We show on one hand that it is true if the core of the clutter (or of its blocker) is cyclic, and on the other hand that it is true if we restrict the conjecture to the cores.
